Terms and conditions

All courses run by Hypnotic Masterminds are subject to these terms and conditions. You agree to abide by them and to only book a course after reading and fully agreeing to them.

Payments & Refunds

Students are required to pay their course fees in accordance with their individual agreements and failure to do so could result in removal from the course.All refund requests must be made in writing (no exceptions) prior to the course start date with the following refund rates:If you cancel 30 days prior to the event or the event is cancelled due to unforeseen incidents – No refunds.If you cancel before the 30 days – 50% of your fees will be returned.If you are flying to the event please buy a flexible ticket, just in case the course is cancelled or you can’t make it.Hypnotic Masterminds is not liable for costs you may incur or lose through pandemics, global crises or cancellations outside of our remit.We will endeavour to re-course as soon as possible if a course is cancelled or forced to change.If you purchase a course you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Issues

You are responsible for alerting the trainer of any issue on the day or as soon as practicable.Any student must raise issues with the trainer on the day of training so that the issue can be dealt with the trainer/students/venue then. If the student feels they cannot approach the trainer the student must give a full email and account of the incident or issue within 48 hours to ensure continuity and accuracy, this must include witnesses to ensure a swift response from Hypnotic Masterminds.

Student rights

Students may remove themselves from training at any time and will receive no refund if it is their decision. Hypnotic Masterminds has a zero-tolerance policy against bullying or harassment of any type. Any student removed from a course for foul language, abusive behaviour, unethical standards, harassment, bullying, derogatory comments or racism will forfeit their course fees and no refunds shall be given.

Course delivery.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the courses in line with the descriptions on our website but we may have to make alterations to the content, place, timing or methods of delivery of courses and/or to discontinue, merge or combine courses. We will only make such changes where absolutely unavoidable.

Usage rights

Hypnotic Masterminds cannot guarantee future rights to use the skills taught in our courses under titles which the Government may restrict. All courses are sold on the basis of their educational value and carry no guarantee of accreditation, recognition, validation, employment or success in private practice.

Our right to vary these terms and conditions

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior warning.While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in this website, we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
